Hazard Talent Managers provide support with reels, pitch decks, headshots, online presence, and portfolio curation.

Hazard reviews and discusses offers, contracts, or proposals, and advises on whether to accept or seek revisions.

We assist in conceptualizing and packaging original work for pitching and production.

The Hazard Manager acts as an accountability partner, advisor, and advocate

for the artist’s career.

As Talent managers, we offer ongoing advice on choices, roles, public image, and

industry positioning.

Hazard Talent Managers work hand-in-hand with agents to ensure alignment of

career strategy and bookings.

Hazard Managers CANNOT submit an artist for work or solicit jobs without a

talent agency license under California's Talent Agencies.

We CANNOT negotiate job-specific acting, music,

or performance contracts unless part of a collaborative deal.

Hazard CANNOT directly send the artist on auditions or

book them for roles.

Hazard Talent Management CANNOT take a percentage of income from

jobs unless tied to broader management services.

Our Hazard Talent Managers are not substitutes for licensed and certified agents.  We will

complement, not compete with them..

Hazard Talent Managers CANNOT book or advertise artist appearances or

employment.

Hazard Talent CANNOT and WILL NOT act in any way that violates

SAG-AFTRA, WGA, DGA, or other union procurement rules.  They are the lifeblood of many who have gone on to achieve great careers
